About this notice

This notice explains how your personal data is handled on the cardity.app website, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). The Cardity app and panels have their own notices.

Institution and store applications

The application form processes the institution's or business's name, type, city and size, for stores their map and web links, and the contact person's name, role, e-mail address, phone number and note.

The purpose is to review the application and get in touch with the applicant. The legal basis is that it is directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).

Waitlist

When you join the waitlist, your e-mail address and, if you give them, your city, interests and the institution you suggest are processed.

The purpose is to tell you by e-mail when the app launches. The legal basis is your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to [email protected].

Keeping and transfer

Applications are kept while they are reviewed and during any business relationship; waitlist entries until you have been told or you withdraw your consent. The records are kept on our server in Türkiye and are not shared with third parties.

The site is served through Cloudflare. To protect it from attacks and keep it running, Cloudflare may process technical connection details such as your IP address; form contents pass through Cloudflare's network encrypted.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses no cookies for visitors, no analytics and no ad tracking. It only remembers your light or dark theme in your browser. Fonts and images are served from this site.

Shared campaign pages (cardity.app/k/...) count only which campaign was opened from which channel; they do not record who you are.
